The Out NYC is an electrifying, new 70,000 square-foot gay boutique hotel and entertainment complex centered in Hell's Kitchen. The Out was designed to have sleek and chic, minimalist black-and-white rooms and suites. Just outside the rooms are exterior courtyards styled in wood, grass and black bamboo. The Out is anchored by a 14,000 square-foot entertainment venue called XL Night Club—lounge, cabaret and club. The Out will also offer a wellness center that will feature a hamam, steamroom, Jacuzzis and fitness center. The cafe and restaurant will be managed by Eatery Restaurant and will open in late spring 2012.
