Time Out NY Rumored to have once been a stomping ground of jazz legend Charlie Parker, this spot is still bebopping along behind its retro neon signage. Every night, live acts play the back room--appropriately decorated with a piano-key mosaic. Daily from 2 to 8pm, domestic beers and well drinks are three bucks apiece, and the pool table is a favorite among neighborhood regulars.
