This bar/club hybrid brings a Meatpacking District mentality to the East Village. Its loud music, over-the-top décor (glitter balls, fake palm trees) and occasional cover charge distinguish Plan B from the dive watering holes that dot the blocks around it. Party music from reggae to rap is the default for the rotating crew of DJs; private rooms in the back are available for parties.
