In 1994, after a career as a massage therapist and a doula (someone who helps women during and after their pregnancies), Providence Hogan decided to open this hip, airy, gallery-esque day spa. Services include herbal facials, aromatherapy massages and hair removal, and there’s also a special focus on childcare: in addition to allowing babies under 12 weeks old to accompany their moms to spa treatments, the spa offers babysitting services and packages including “Sleep-In Saturdays” and “Friday Movie Date Nights.”
