Don't look for the usual S, M and L tags at Rebecca & Drew, a Meatpacking District boutique that has built its brand of tailored ladies' button-downs around the fact that people come in more than three sizes. To avoid boxy shapes and gaping at the bust, owners Rebecca Winn and Drew Paluba (formerly designers at Alice + Olivia and Daryl K respectively) make so-called close-to-custom shirts whose fit formulas are based on bra sizes (as in 32C, 34A and 36D). Each piece is available in two lengths (regular or long) and comes in 28 sizes per style (shirts are just shy of $200).
