Designed by Adam D. Tihany to combine the architecture, atmosphere and cuisine of Venice, Remi’s soaring ceiling and wide-open spaces complement the restaurant’s Northern Italian cuisine. Chef Giovanni Pinato updates classic Italian dishes with his own interpretative twist. This creates a menu full of homemade pastas, risottos, grilled fish and country-style free-range chicken, all with a little extra flair. Chef-owner Francesco Antonucci also put a number of Venetian cichetti (small bites traditionally served in Venice wine bars) on the menu for those who want to create their own tasting menu or crave a little bite before hitting a Broadway show.
