Inspired by the iconic symbol of New York City, Riingo (the Japanese word for “apple”) serves up New American cuisine. Located off the lobby of the David Rockwell-designed Alex Hotel in midtown, executive chef Jimmy Lappalainen serves up such comforting menu items as fresh oysters, French onion soup, beer braised short ribs and maple roasted chicken. In addition to the offerings of breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, Riingo also houses a bar and lounge that serves up cocktails and small bites.
