The Curry Hill clan that created Udipi Palace and Asaivam has now opened an Indian sandwich shop--and they aren"t letting up on the spices. The chefs at Rolls "N" Curry liberally apply heat to dishes like chili-infused chicken malai kebab rolls; the meat is rendered extra moist by its sour-cream marinade. In addition to an assortment of savory sandwiches made with freshly baked Indian flatbread, the menu also offers daily curry specials as well as something called "chicken 65," a spicy, deep-red fried chicken that"s a specialty of Chennai, in India. Colonel Sanders, take note.
