Silver-blue banquettes line the walls, candles illuminate the polished-zinc tables, and photographs of jazz icons oversee the action (which includes nightly live music). Drinks are mixed with fresh-squeezed juice--the apple martini is made with Stoli, fresh apples and a touch of syrup--and they slide down all too easily. Draft beers include Guinness, Brooklyn Pennant and Brooklyn Pilsner; sangria and sake are also available. May as well tuck into some of the tasty nibbles on offer; you'll be here awhile.
