Though it doesn't abound in deals, per se, this Tribeca resource arguably houses the best vintage wallpaper and linoleum collections in the country. Even though rolls start at about $70--and wend their way well into the thousands (they have original Frank Lloyd Wright prints)--it doesn't take all that much paper to make over an entire room in a tiny NYC apartment.
