Time Out NY Al Yeganeh, the guy who inspired the legendary Seinfeld "Soup Nazi" episode--has returned to the city after a year's absence and opened the first of many SoupMans in midtown. Ten other locations will be unveiled in Manhattan in the nex year if everything goes as planned; in addition, the company expects to launch 1,000 Original SoupMan restaurants and kiosks worldwide by 2012.
