The Tex Mex--focused kitchen produces well-spiced nachos, carefully composed salads and a flavorful filet mignon. (This isn"t the place for steak frites.) In warm weather, outdoor tables overlook a marina. That may be enough to get you here in the evening hours--even if your office is in midtown.
