Spencer Chan, the restaurateur who brought us dim sum palace the Golden Unicorn, has overhauled Sweet n Tart, his decade-old Flushing staple. In addition to a modest interior renovation, Chan spent an entire year ferrying back and forth from Hong Kong to flesh out his modernized Cantonese menu.
