Taste is the delicious expression of everything that Eli Zabar has learned about food and wine since opening his first shop more than three decades ago. Weekdays, the space is a self-service breakfast and lunch café and coffee bar, featuring Eli's signature sandwiches, soups, salads and pastries. In the evening, the Frette linens come out for elegant, full-service dinners complete with hand-selected wines from the shop. Or try the bar's small-plates menu with suggested wine pairings. During weekends, Taste serves a brunch with all the dishes New York craves.
