See, for instance, a circa-1927 Boulevardier made with bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth. Gutsy small plates/bar snacks include pig's-head bánh mì, fried oysters, nuts dusted with ancho chile and cinnamon, and a cheese plate with grilled figs.
