In another life, this event space was a 19^th-century foundry. Abandoned in the ‘70s, it is now restored (with its industrial design kept intact) and functions as a 200-guest capacity “raw space,” available for private parties, weddings and film, TV and commercial shoots—its high arched ceilings, brick facing, skylights and industrial catwalks have appeared on MTV, Sex and the City, 30 Rock, Gossip Girl and in ads for Levi’s and American Express.
