Located in Midtown West on 47th Street, Trattoria Trecolori is perfect for a pre- or post-show dinner if you are in the mood for Italian. Trecolori is a family affair, run by the sons of now-deceased founder Joaquin Gonzalez. Having fled his native Spain during the Franco regime, Gonzalez came to New York by way of Brazil and Uruguay, first opening a Brazilian restaurant, then Trecolori in 1992. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Linguine Neri all Monsignori, homemade black linguine with shrimp, scallops, squid, clams and mussels; or go for the Pollo Scarpariello if poultry is your pleasure.
