The centerpiece of a summer-long focus on the Apollo 11 mission, this exhibit focuses on the role of media in the lunar landing. It is estimated that more than half a billion people worldwide stopped what they were doing to watch and listen as the American astronauts set foot on the moon. Daily tours at 3:30 showcase the technology that made Apollo 11 possible.
