The annual chili-venerating festival returns for its 25th year. All things pepper-related are celebrated at this unique event: sample chili-infused dishes, exotic peppers from around the globe, spicy chocolates and hot sauces. Take the Tour-de-Chile, an exploration of the Botanic Gardens’ own chili fields, and a roster of musicians from peppery regions, including Ghana (home of shito sauce), Louisiana (birthplace of Tabasco), and Colombia (home of ají hot sauce), will be playing hot tunes.
