View the art narratives of Native Americans in the Great Plains area spanning the 18th and 19th centuries. Some of the themes consist of war, peace, identity and expression—all displayed on canvases made of hides, muslins and ledger books. There will also be new, contemporary work from the community that has been commissioned by the museum. For more information, visit si.edu.
