Combat the frigid temperatures at the Hot Chocolate Festival, hosted by the cocoa connoisseurs at Valrhona. Kick off the weeklong fest with a hot-chocolate bash at Ladurée Soho on the 18th, and celebrate through the festival's end on February 4th with inventive takes on the cold-weather cup from shops like Patisserie Chason, Petrossian Bakery and Dominique Ansel Kitchen, all made using Valrhona chocolate. A portion of proceeds go to Careers through Culinary Arts Program, a nonprofit that helps disadvantaged high school students explore culinary careers.
