Although sushi isn't all that's on the menu here, it's executed with such perfection that it's hard not to focus on it to the exclusion of all else. Get past the nondescript entrance and astonishingly white decor, and you'll be treated to an assortment of rolls and sashimi that are beautifully presented and exquisitely prepared. Elsewhere on the menu, Japanese flavors are incorporated into unexpected dishes—the fluke carpaccio and ceviche both deserve a sample—including the desserts, which include a tofu flan served with black sesame sorbet.
