The new menu highlights American sensibilities with a touch of international flavor, drawing on chef van Peteghem’s experience both in Europe and Asia. Designed by the firm Yabu Pushelberg, the carefully planned spaces are suited for a range of occasions, from an intimate tête-à-tête to power lunches and lively suppers and gatherings. Private and semi-private dining areas are available for quieter gatherings.
