Jing Fong, a vast dim sum palace in Chinatown, has gained an Upper West Side sibling more modest in size but equal in ambition. Roe-topped pork dumplings, shrimp shumai, roast pork buns, vegetable spring rolls and any of the noodle rolls are great to share. Standout main courses include tangerine crispy beef and sautéed string beans. There’s a full bar; restrained, modern decor; and a curved counter lending a view of the cooking pyrotechnics.
