Kyma is as lovely and luminous as a restaurant in Santorini, its whitewashed interior decorated with Greek pottery and ceramics. At the back of the dining room is a vibrant array of whole fish on ice, such as black sea bass and pink snapper. The Flatiron location marks an expansion for owner Reno Christou, whose flagship restaurant is in Roslyn, on Long Island. Standouts include the classic egg lemon soup with chicken, zucchini and eggplant chips with tzatziki, and simply grilled seafood.
