Eataly took New York City by storm in late summer 2010, and an escape from the market's crowded aisles of pasta and olive oil is Manzo, a formal yet not stuffy Italian restaurant where people can taste some of the highest-quality regional dishes. Of the seven eating areas in Eataly, this is the only one that takes reservations and has white linen–covered tabletops. Each month a special menu also focuses on a different region of Italy.
