The Arlo NoMad hotel attracts overnight guests and round-the-clock fans of the pan pizza at Bodega, a 24-hour snack bar in the lobby. Those squares come courtesy of the Three Kings Restaurant Group (chef Dale Talde and partners David Massoni and John Bush), who are behind the lobby-level Massoni, a hip, full-scale restaurant featuring “Italian-ish” fare: say, polenta pancakes with prosciutto and brown butter syrup at breakfast, and soft goat cheese gnudi with mushrooms, apple and hazelnuts at dinner. Massoni’s full dinner menu—including that crispy-crust pizza—is also available in the second-floor cocktail bar, Barlo.
