The dry-aged double-patty cheeseburger with kimchi mayo is not the sole reason to visit this dark East Village gastropub, but it’s a really good one. Chef Jae Lee’s pungent creation is such a hit it threatens to overshadow the other delicious dishes on his nontraditional Korean menu. Those include crisp tater tots swirled in honey, butter, creamy labneh and seaweed seasoning; beef-threaded, cheesy rice cakes; and fried rice with octopus, Spam, harissa and dill.
