Chef Vincent Fraissange and his wife, artist Cat Alexander, serve seasonal Mediterranean-American food like Berkshire pork belly; whole grains with wilted greens, baby beets, mint and panko-crusted egg; and roasted octopus with olives and spiced almond puree—all in a sweet, 30-seat spot adorned with ample greenery.
