Ristoro del Cinghiale is the fourth restaurant from the Marzovilla family, who founded the 24-year-old i Trulli located next door. This new restaurant features the rural tastes of Tuscany in a farmhouse-styled room with an open kitchen showing off the wood-burning oven. Their arista di cinghiale, or wild boar rack, was named one of the top ten dishes of 2018 by Pete Wells of the New York Times. Other notable attractions are the pasta which is made fresh at the hands of Nonna Dora Marzovilla, and the full bar featuring natural wines and a selection of Negronis.
