Owned by Korean chef Jungjin Park (who honed his craft in Japan), this nine-table restaurant specializes in kaiseki meals, which are highly ritualized. To that end, entrees include only the finest: gold-flecked scallops, sea urchin tempura and more, which diners indulge in with handcrafted chopsticks.
