Soba Nippon, located on Fifth Avenue in the center of Manhattan near Rockefeller Center, the Theatre District and many shopping destinations, serves homemade soba (buckwheat noodles) and tofu (soybean curd) using buckwheat and soybean harvested on their very own farm in Canada. Soba Nippon was one of the first restaurants to serve the real hand-made soba in New York, and they lay claim to creation of the original Soba Salad, which has now become one of the most popular Japanese dishes in the world. In addition to soba, they serve many varieties of kobachi (Japanese tapas) accompanied with an excellent selection of sake and wine.
