You might not expect a comedy club to have such good food. But thanks to executive chef Harold Villarosa, who has worked everywhere from McDonald’s to Per Se (plus Freemans Alley and Maison Pickle in between), it’s no afterthought at the Stand. In the downstairs showroom you'll find shrimp po’boys, pepperoni pizza and brick-oven cauliflower steak with caper salsa verde. The spacious, inviting dining room on the ground floor features a raw bar, rotisserie duck and roast pork shoulder. Cocktails here are also no joke.
