Sneakerheads have been familiar with Kith since it opened its doors in 2011, and its footwear, which was all it sold at the time. Shortly thereafter, it became coveted by sneaker connoisseurs who often bought out new designs within a day. There are still highly sought out sneakers sold here, but the shop has expanded, with men’s apparel becoming another featured offering. Founder Ronnie Fieg has implied that his collection is a hybrid of menswear, sportswear and street wear, and there’s an undeniable concern with style and fashion that elevates the brand’s leisurely, and sometimes sporty, looks. The store is basic and clean, with white shelving and racks displaying apparel, a wood-walled area housing a portion of footwear and an entire room, with black walls and neon lined shelves, dedicated to sneakers.
