The rich cultural diversity of New York City, and Queens in particular, are celebrated at this expansive open-air night market, where row after row of booths include handmade wares, art, merchandise and food by local vendors. Running on Saturdays from May 4 to late September, the market has a unique $5 price cap on most food items with a selection of delicacies from around the world; recent items include Thai roasted crickets, Mexican tacos al pastor, Indian parantha, Italian porchetta, Moldovan waffle rolls and Malaysian fish head curry. Confirmed vendors this year include American Pharaohs, Lion City Coffee, Taste of Ukraine, Cilantro and Mint, and Jaa Dijo Dom. There's also a regular program of live, family-friendly entertainment.
