Then head to New Amsterdam Theatre for your 1-hour visit with the on-site historian. Your group has exclusive access to various areas of the theater, with views of the vast stage. Learn about the creation of Broadway Disney productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Aladdin and The Lion King, and hear stories about what goes on behind the scenes before the curtain rises.
The highlight of your tour is a visit the prop and costumes studio, packed with outfits and accessories from Disney favorites like the tridents used in The Little Mermaid.

- Due to ongoing construction and preparations of the New Amsterdam Theatre for the premiere of Frozen on Broadway, from November 20 2016 through January 2017, the costume room access will be replaced by an actual backstage experience. The backstage area of Broadway theatres has been off limits to public tours for decades, and hasn't been accessed by the public in the New Amsterdam in nearly a century. We ask that you strictly respect your tour guide's instructions while backstage to continue to allow us to offer this highly exclusive experience. Between January 2017 and July of 2018, the costume and prop access will be restored via a mobile cart brought into the orchestra section of the theatre.

If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
