This run tour perfectly combines a gorgeous sightseeing tour with a solid workout which will kick start your day! Run both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, breathe in the cool morning air, and look down at the timeless harbor as the sun rises.

Run Tours, led by licensed sightseeing tour guides that are also certified running coaches, cover approximately 4.5 miles (7.24 kilometers) in distance and are run at any easy pace on city sidewalks and running paths. There are periodic stops to discuss notable historic and contemporary sights. Our goal is to provide runners with a sightseeing experience that is fun, active, informative and truly unforgettable.

Stop At: Brooklyn Bridge, New York City, NY 10038

We'll run over one of the most iconic bridges in the world: the 136-year-old neo-Gothic-style Brooklyn Bridge. Stop on the main span of the bridge to discuss its history and the story of its construction.

Stop At: Manhattan Bridge, South Street and FDR Drive, New York City, NY 10002

Opened in December 1909, the Manhattan Bridge was the third bridge to span the East River. As we begin our run over the bridge, you'll see the graffiti-covered apartment buildings of Chinatown and then encounter one of the best views of New York Harbor, the skyline, and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Stop At: Bowling Green, Broadway & Whitehall Street, New York City, NY 10004

Built in 1733, the Bowling Green is the oldest public park in New York City and is still surrounded by its original 18th-century fence. We'll talk a bit about its history before heading over to the iconic Charging Bull sculpture, which stands at the park's northern tip.

Pass By: South Street Seaport Historic District, 12-14 Fulton St. between Water & South Streets, NY

We'll run through the South Street Seaport which features some of downtown Manhattan's oldest architecture, and includes the city's largest concentration of restored early19th-century commercial buildings.
