The TV Land show Younger follows Liza (played by Sutton Foster), a 40-something mom who poses as a 26-year-old to get a job at Empirical, a publishing house in Midtown Manhattan. Show runner Darren Star (creator of Sex and the City) loves New York City, which is evident in the program’s glamorous shots of Manhattan and Brooklyn. To check out the spots that characters Liza, Kelsey, Diana and Charles frequent in season 3—no spoilers, we promise!—read on.

Williamsburg: Liza’s apartment is right next to the popular Nitehawk Cinema, an indie movie theater that serves food and drinks. Liza’s love interest, Josh (played by Nico Tortorella, who recently spoke with NYCgo), also lives in the neighborhood and works at the fictional “Inkburg,” right near the real East River Bar.

Bank of America Tower (One Bryant Park): The exterior shots of Liza’s publishing house are of the Bank of America Tower, next to Bryant Park. The ultramodern building was completed in 2010, the first skyscraper in North America to earn LEED Platinum status.
