From the people behind Milk & Honey, Little Branch and Middle Branch comes Brooklyn’s Seaborne. The bar is the brainchild of late owner Sasha Petraske, who passed away in August 2015. In keeping with his wishes, the menu is decidedly cocktail-focused, including classic and modern varieties, and even frozen options. Here you’ll find drinks like the Talent Scout, with bourbon, curacao and bitters; Medicina Latina, with tequila, mezcal, ginger, lime and honey; and the Pisco Sour, which combines pisco, lime, egg whites and bitters, among others. The building’s plain, unassuming exterior gives way to an intimate interior featuring a long exposed brick wall, cozy booths and even some pinball machines.
