Ardyn is dark and seductive, its bar-lounge the setting for fiercely shaken cocktails and a snack menu with bites like wild mushroom tempura and spicy tuna belly. The back dining room is curtained off, speakeasy-style, with velvety banquettes and a private alcove suitable for small parties. Highlights on the New American menu (not offered in the lounge) include wagyu short ribs and charred, tender octopus with black garlic and chorizo. You can also reserve for the creative six-course tasting menu served at the chef’s counter.
