Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop on the L train, Fair Weather Bushwick offers something a little different than the other establishments popping up in this area of significant regrowth. The hook? This former coffee shop operates as an elegant restaurant serving a tasting menu courtesy of chef-partner John Creger. The 10- to 12-course menu is available two Wednesdays each month (with a single seating beginning promptly at 7.30pm), while a more traditional dinner is served Thursday to Sunday. There are also lunch, brunch and happy hour menus throughout the week; all focus on New American treatments of locally sourced produce and meats.
