The ritzy lobby of The Evelyn hotel flows into a classy yet informal Italian restaurant, with Jonathan Benno in the kitchen. The former Lincoln Ristorante and Per Se chef offers an appealing menu featuring Roman-inspired dishes: tomato risotto and mozzarella suppli; house-made pastas including spaghetti with seafood and garlic butter, and hearty lasagna bolognese; sea bream with roasted tomatoes, taggiasca olives and fingerling potatoes; and a dry-aged ribeye for two. There is also a handsome bar and lounge, and an adjacent bakery with fresh-baked focaccia, sandwiches and pastries.
