Giuseppe Manco made his first pizza at the age of 6 at his family’s restaurant in Naples, Italy. In 2014 and 2017 he went on to win two international pizzaiolo competitions in Las Vegas. Savor the champ’s light, crisp Roman-style crust at his casual East 14th Street outpost—a clean, spare shop with a handful of tables. Carbonara pie, topped with mozzarella, guanciale, black pepper, egg cream and shaved pecorino Romano is a standout. Beer and wine are also available.
