If you’ve watched Chef's Table on Netflix or keep track of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Rezdôra may bring to mind Massimo Bottura’s top-ranked Osteria Francescana, in Modena, Italy. Chef Stefano Secchi spent several years working under the celebrated Bottura and faithfully recreates the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna at this 60-seat rustic osteria. Pasta is handmade (maccheroni with duck ragu, strozzapreti with rock shrimp), and main plates display wizardry, particularly the sea bass with black garlic zabaglione and the braised rabbit legs.
