Windrose is a chic 70-seat bistro nestled in the West Village, appointed with a rock-walled bar, rich wood detail and comfy gray banquettes. Executive chef Sung Park and chef de cuisine Cesar Jimenez are both alums of Jean Georges, so the Korean fusion dishes are fine-tuned.
