With its organic Rabot Estate cocoa plantation and Boucan Hotel & Restaurant in Saint Lucia, Hotel Chocolat is able to link all aspects of chocolate from the tree to the consumer. In addition to award-winning chocolate, Hotel Chocolat also serves ice cream and hot chocolate in their cafe.
