Hudson's, a harbor cruise boat docked at Pier 81, is celebrating all things having to do with sustainable American white sturgeon caviar from the California-based company Sterling Caviar. On three Sundays this October, the restaurant will be serving up three different caviar-themed five-course dinners, each hosted by a different award-winning, Michelin-starred chef. The meals are served aboard a ship sailing from Midtown down the Hudson River for an even more elegant evening.
