Sour, Sweet, Bitter, Spicy is a virtual banquet with 30 Chinese and Asian-American chefs, including Martin Yan and Ken Hom, that tells the complex story of Chinese food in America. The exhibit's centerpiece is a grand dinner table set with artifacts and place settings personally selected by each chef to represent his or her cooking style and regional culinary traditions.
